曹宏亮，陝西師範大學哲學學士，中國社會科學院研究生院法學碩士。

曾任人民日報港澳臺僑編輯室主任，人民日報駐臺灣首席記者，人民日報香港分社社長，国务院台办专家组成员。

著述有：《成“王”之道──眾傳時代新聞從業高級教程》、《二十世紀世界政治領袖排行榜》、《文明密碼——你沒有看到的香港》、《<三国>全解密》、電視專題片《中華女性五千年》等。
